4 pomegranates
100 gr İçim White Cheese
150 g couscous, boiled
A pinch of fresh parsley
Peanuts, naturally shelled
Olive Oil
Pomegranate syrup
Cut the pomegranates in half and remove the seeds. Mix in a deep bowl with the boiled couscous and parsley. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil and pomegranate molasses over it. Cut İçim White Cheese into small pieces. Sprinkle over the salad with the peanuts.
