Creamy Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup sunflower oil
2 tablespoons of İçim Yogurt
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Half a teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 packet of vanilla
2 cups grated carrot
1 cup coarsely ground walnuts

Cream :

200 gr. MY INNER LABNE
1 cup powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla
100 gr. Butter (at room temperature)

Preparation

Whisk the vegetable oil and sugar in a bowl with a mixer. Then add İçim Yogurt and whisk until a thick consistency is obtained. Add the eggs one by one and beat the mixture well. Beat the eggs into the mixture.

Mix flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and vanilla on the side. Mix this powder mixture into the dough with a spatula. Finally add carrots and walnuts and mix with a spatula. Pour the cake batter into the greased round mold. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.

CREAM: Put İÇİM LABNE in a bowl and whisk. Then add butter and whisk until a smooth consistency is obtained. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and whisk again. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Spread the cream on the cooled cake. Garnish the cake with cinnamon and walnuts and serve. BON APPETIT 🙂
