Easy Baklava with Pistachio Recipe

Ingredients

1 kg of phyllo dough for baklava
400 g powdered pistachios
250 gr Butter
5 cups of water
5 cups sugar
Juice of half a lemon

Preparation

Since the syrup will be used cold, first add 5 cups of sugar to 5 cups of water and put it on the stove to prepare the syrup. When the syrup starts to thicken, add the lemon juice and after boiling for a few more stones, remove it from the heat and let it cool. Grease the tray you will use later with İçim Butter. Then lay 2 pieces of baklava dough on top of each other on the tray and sprinkle powdered pistachios on it. Repeat the process with a layer of powdered pistachios and a layer of phyllo dough until the dough is finished. After laying the last layer of the pastry, cut your baklava into squares to the size you want. On the one hand, melt the İçim Butter in the saucepan. Pour the melted İçim Butter into the cut baklava dough all over and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown. Pour the cold syrup on your baklava that you took out of the oven, pull the syrup and let it rest for a while and serve.
