Easy Lasagna Recipe with Ground Beef


(for 8 people)

250 g whole wheat flour
100 g flour
2 eggs
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
600 ml water
200g onion, grated
1 clove of garlic
1 celery stalk
600 g minced meat
500g tinned tomatoes, diced
15 gr Butter.
250 gr İçim Kashar Cheese
Salt, black pepper


1. Sift two separate flours into a large bowl.
2. Mix the egg with a pinch of salt, pepper, 50 ml of olive oil and 600 ml of water. Let the liquid dough rest for 2 hours.
3. Heat 50 ml of olive oil in a saucepan and fry 200 g of onion, a clove of garlic and celery stalk for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the meat and stir-fry it.
5. Add a pinch of salt and tomatoes.
6. Cook over low heat for about 50 minutes and grind to a viscous sauce.
7. Coat a large, non-stick bottom pan with İçim Butter.
8. Prepare pancakes that are not too thin by scooping out the liquid dough you have rested and pouring it into the pan.
9. Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side.
10. Grease the baking dish with İçim Butter. Place a layer of pancakes on the bottom of the tray and spread the minced meat sauce on top.
11. Place another crepe on top and repeat the process until the ingredients are gone.
12. Spread the minced meat mixture on top and grate the İçim Kashar Cheese and sprinkle abundantly.
13. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
14. Take your lasagna out of the oven and serve it sliced.
