( for 4 people )
150 g mullet fillet
50 gr İçim Butter
30 ml apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dill, minced
1 teaspoon parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
120 ml water
Salt
Cut each of the tabby fillets into 3 pieces. Heat the olive oil in the pan. Sprinkle with a little salt and fry the fish with the flesh side down for 3-4 minutes and keep warm. Boil 120 ml of water, two spoons of vinegar and a pinch of salt in a pan. Add the Butter. Stir at intervals until the butter is melted. Remove from the stove. Boil the pasta in salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes and drain it and transfer it to the pan with İçim Butter water. Cook, stirring, for a minute or two to thicken the sauce. Remove from the heat and add dill and parsley and mix. Divide the pasta among the plates and serve with the fried tabby fish and a pinch of dill.
