Fruit Cup Recipe


150 g Mixed red berries (blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, blueberries)
100 g white chocolate, chopped into small pieces
40 gr İçim Chief Cream
200 gr Taze İçim Chief Cream
1 egg yolk
60 ml İçim Milk
100 gr İçim Labne Cheese
1 lime zest
1 tablespoon of lime juice
50 g oatmeal
For the filling
70 g almond powder
100 g sugar
50 gr İçim Yogurt
1 g salt


Put the white chocolate together with İçim Butter and İçim Milk in a saucepan on the stove. Heat until you get a soft mixture. Remove from the stove and let it stand for a few minutes to warm up. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the egg yolk and whisk vigorously. Whisk the cream in a mixer to make it fluffy. Add the white chocolate mixture to İçim Şef Krema and keep whisking. Add lime juice, lime zest and İçim Labne Cheese and mix. Put İçim Şef Cream in the refrigerator and cool it for one hour. Blend almond powder, sugar, İçim Yogurt and forest fruits in a food processor. Add the forest fruits to the mixture with İçim Şef Cream and mix until well blended from bottom to top. Spread oatmeal in the bottom of your serving bowls. Pour the fruit mixture on top and garnish again with oatmeal and fruit. Serve cold.
