Ginger Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

100 g melon melon
95 g sugar
50 gr Chief Cream
30 ml milk
3 egg yolks
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 slice of peach
Corn starch
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Preparation

Blend the melon with the juice of half a lemon. Set aside the foam from the water and strain it through a sieve. Add the lemon zest to this water and refrigerate covered for 3 hours. Whisk the egg yolks with half the sugar, half a teaspoon of cornstarch and a teaspoon of grated ginger. Boil the remaining sugar with İçim Milk and İçim Şef Krema, add the egg yolks and stir to combine. Put it back on the stove and heat while stirring, turn off the stove. Add the condensed milk, cool and pour into the ice cream maker. Chill in the machine after turning into ice cream. Put the peach slices in a food processor. Make a fruit base for the ice cream by placing it on the bottom of an ice cream glass. Add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream and pour the melon juice over it. Garnish with a piece or two of melon or peach.
