Ginger Seabass Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

4 sea bass fillets, skinless, boneless
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 lime, sliced
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Salt, black pepper

For the sauce;
2 shallots, finely chopped
100 ml white grape or apple cider vinegar
3 egg yolks
120 gr İçim Butter
Salt, black pepper

Preparation

Mix tarragon, onion and vinegar in a small saucepan. Cook it over medium heat and cook it. Take it off the heat and let it cool. Add egg yolks and blend them. Add 40 g of İçim Butter and turn the blender on again. When the mixture starts to thicken, increase the speed of the blender and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Place the fish in a bowl, mix it with ginger, lime slices, thyme, a pinch of salt and black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

Package the sea bass fillets with lime slices and bones by wrapping them in wax paper. Bake the sea bass in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Pour the sauce you prepared over it and serve hot.
