6 toasted bread, toasted
1 tablespoon İçim Butter
2 tomatoes
3 black olives
2 sprigs of dill
6 eggs
6 pieces of veal ham
1 clove of garlic
100 gr İçim Halloumi Cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Black Pepper
Salt
Place the toasted bread on the plates you will serve it on. Cut 1 clove of garlic in half and spread it lightly on toasted bread so that the bread gets the garlic flavor. Then, spread İçim Butter on the bread with the help of a knife.
In a fireproof pan, fry the İçim Halloumi Cheese in 1 tablespoon of olive oil so that both sides are browned. In a separate pan, cook the eggs in 1 tablespoon İçim Butter, if possible, as soon as they are rolled, so that they do not disperse in the molds.
When all the cooking processes are completed, place one tomato cut into round slices, İçim Halloumi Cheese and eggs on the bread, respectively. Finally, sprinkle black pepper and salt. Serve by adding halved olives and dill to garnish.
