1 liter of İçim Milk
250 g sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoons rice flour
Dissolve the rice starch in a bowl with half a tea glass of milk. Add granulated sugar and İçim Milk. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the starch to the boiling mixture and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring until it thickens. When it starts to boil, remove it from the stove and let it cool down. Divide into bowls with a ladle. When it reaches room temperature and has a crust on it, put it in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 2 hours and then serve. You can garnish with cinnamon and fruit.
