Home-Made Lamb Tandoori Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

1 whole lamb arm
35 gr İçim Butter
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml vegetable stock

Preparation

Cut the peeled garlic cloves in half and rub them all over the lamb by taking them in your hands. Repeat the same process with İçim Butter. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme and rub it with your hands to feed the aromas into the meat.

Let the meat rest for 40 minutes. Place in a large steel pot with the oiled outside side down. Add 100 ml of vegetable broth to it and cover the pot. Cook over low heat for about 4 hours. Remove from heat when the meat is soft enough to fall apart.

Meat that you take out on a large tray. Cut into portions with the help of a fork. Serve with bread or lavash.
