Honey Fresh Cheese Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 glass of water
500 g Fresh Cheese
2 tablespoons honey
A pinch of salt

Preparation

Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue until it thickens slightly and the sugar is completely dissolved. When boiling, remove the pot from the stove. Let it rest with the lid closed. After half an hour, strain it and set it aside. Mix İçim Fresh Cheese, honey and salt in a blender. Reduce the speed of the blender to the lowest and, without opening the lid, slowly start adding the strained syrup. When all the cheese is mixed with the syrup and homogenized, pour the ice cream mixture into the freezer compartment of your home ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions in the operating manual. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, put the mixture in the freezer for 4 hours. After taking it out and whisking it well, keep it in the freezer for another 4 hours. Continue this process until the mixture has the consistency of ice cream. You can also serve your ice cream with honey drizzled over it
