250 g veal liver
30 gr İçim Butter
1 onion, chopped
1 large tomato, peeled
2 sage leaves
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
Take the membrane of the liver and clean it. Chop it thinly like a leaf.
Put İçim Butter in a pan. When it melts and gets hot, add the onions and fry until they are slightly caramelized. Add the livers to the pan. Continue sautéing on high heat. Season to taste by adding salt and ground red pepper.
Add the peeled and sliced apples to the pan. After 2 minutes, add the sage leaves and the sliced tomato.
After roasting for 5 more minutes, remove from the stove. Serve hot.
