250 g green lentils
1 cucumber
1 pinch of parsley
juice of ½ lemon
2 spoons of vinegar
100 gr İçim White Cheese
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Boil the lentils for a while and drain the water. Quarter the tomatoes, finely chop the parsley and add to the lentils. Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the lentils to the sauce you prepared. Mix well. Cut İçim White Cheese into cubes and decorate the salad. You can sprinkle black cumin, fresh mint or onion on it and decorate it according to your preference.
