500 g potatoes
100 ml İçim Milk
20 gr Butter.
250 ml water
Boil 250 ml of water in a large pot. Wash the potatoes and start boiling them with their skins on high heat. Add some salt. When the water starts to boil, turn the heat down to low. Let it cook for 35-40 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the water and leave them aside to cool. Start peeling them without cooling them too much. If you see black spots while peeling, remove them. Mash the potatoes thoroughly with a hand blender, a large fork or a potato masher.
In a large bowl, add İçim Butter and İçim Milk and cook over low heat. Then slowly pour the mixture over the potatoes. Add some salt. Mix it quickly to get a creamy consistency.
Serve hot by sprinkling black pepper on it.
