500 g flour
350 g beef stew
300 g beef steak
300 g chicken breast
250 g boiled and squeezed spinach
200 g onion
150 gr İçim Chef Cream
İçim Kashar cheese, grated
Extra virgin olive oil
Mix the flour with 150 g İçim Butter. Add 400 g of boiling water and a pinch of salt and knead. Spread the dough widely to cool, cover it with stretch film and leave it to rest in the refrigerator.
In a pan, fry the beef pieces together with the diced onions, some oil and salt. Then add vegetable broth and cook for about an hour.
After the meat has cooled, cut it into small pieces. In another pan, cook the lean beef steak for 5-6 minutes. Chop it to obtain 6 pieces in total. Chop the chicken into small pieces and mix it with İçim Chef Cream and eggs.
Throw the spinach into a pan and fry it with some butter for 2 minutes. Line the inside of 6 molds with dough.
Then add chicken mixture, spinach and İçim Kashar Cheese respectively. Then arrange the beef, spinach and beef steaks on top.
Cover the molds with some more dough and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. First, brush the dough with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 190 °C for 20-25 minutes.
Finally, sprinkle İçim Kasarcheese and keep it in the oven for a few more minutes to let the cheese melt. Then serve hot.
