Mediterranean Stuffed Recipe


( for 4 people )

2 red bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
2 green bell peppers

For the filling
4 slices of bread
2 cloves of garlic
3 medium sized tomatoes
120 g İçim Kashar Cheese, grated
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt


Cut all the bell peppers in half, remove the tops, and hollow out the insides.

Start preheating your oven at 200C°. Place a large sheet of baking paper on the baking tray.

Place your stuffed ingredients on the baking tray. Put the bread in a blender and crush it into very small pieces.

Peel and chop the tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan. Add the garlic and the inside of the carved zucchini and cook for 5 minutes until the water evaporates. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes until they soften. Remove from heat.

Add the bread crumbs, half of the chopped İçim Kashar Cheese, parsley, black pepper and salt. Fill the mixture into the peppers you have prepared and spread the remaining İçim Kashar Cheese over them.

If you wish, re-close the lids you cut on them. After wrapping with wax paper, bake at 200C for 30-40 minutes.

When the skins of the bell peppers soften, remove them from the oven. After removing the wax paper, put it back in the oven. This time, keep them in the oven for another 5 minutes to brown them. Serve warm.
