150 g green lentils
½ pack of pasta
100 gr grated tomato
1 tomato, diced very small
1 pinch of parsley
juice of ½ lemon
2 spoons of tomato paste
100 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Boil the lentils and pasta in separate pots, drain and set aside. Add the tomatoes, finely chopped parsley and grated tomatoes to the lentils. Mix the lemon juice, tomato paste, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add to the lentil mixture with the pasta. Stir well so that the flavors mingle. Decorate your salad by finely grating İçim Kashar Cheese.
