350 ml İçim Milk
5 egg yolks
120 g sugar
İçim Heat the milk until it reaches boiling point. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with a mixer at medium level until creamy. Slowly add the heated İçim Milk mixture while stirring constantly. Place your bowl over a saucepan of boiling water and, without touching the boiling water (bain-marie style), keep stirring until the mixture thickens. Remove from the stove and leave to cool.
