300 g corn flour
300 gr İçim Butter
350 gr İçim Chechil cheese
1 tablespoon salt
2 liters of water
Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add the corn flour, increase the heat and fry for 1 minute. Gradually add the water and cook while stirring until it thickens. Add İçim Chechil Cheese. When the cheese starts to melt, serve immediately.
