4 eggs (at room temperature)
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 water glass of İçim Milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of sugar vanillin
1 packet of baking powder
2.5 cups flour (depending on the size of the egg, the amount of flour may vary slightly)
Half a glass of granulated sugar
Half a tea glass of vegetable oil
Half a glass of İçim Milk
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 pack of cocoa pudding
Beat the sugar and egg with a whisk or mixer for 5 minutes.
Add vegetable oil, İçim Milk, cocoa, sugar vanillin, baking powder and mix well.
Sift the flour into the mixture, mix well and pour into a greased 26 cm diameter round cake mold.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
While your cake is baking, start making the sauce. For the sauce; add sugar, oil, İçim Milk and cocoa and whisk for 5 minutes.
After your cake is baked, remove it from the oven and insert a toothpick all over the top.
Pour the cocoa sauce over the cake without cooling the cake. Spread it well all over the cake with a spoon.
On the one hand, cook the cocoa pudding with 1 teacup less İçim Milk than the amount written on the back.
Pour the pudding over the wet cake before it cools.
Let the wet cake rest in the refrigerator until it cools.
You can sprinkle coconut on it and serve. Enjoy your meal.
Tip: Do not open the oven door while the cake is baking. Otherwise the cake will deflate.
