600 g pumpkin flesh, chopped into small cubes
2 onions, finely chopped
15g macaroon, finely crumbled
10 cabbage leaves
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
Salt
Black Pepper
Remove the thick stems from the middle of the cabbage leaves. Blanch the leaves in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Take it out of the water and dry it by opening it on a cloth.
Fry the pumpkin with 1 tablespoon İçim Butter and onion. When the zucchinis begin to soften and melt, add salt and pepper.
Add the macaroon cookies to the warmed squash. Carefully open the cabbage leaves, put 1-2 spoons of the macaroon and pumpkin mixture in the middle and wrap.
Steam the stuffed vegetables quickly and serve.
