1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch
Salt
1 glass of İçim Chief Cream
2 glasses of İçim Milk
1 egg yolk
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of salt
Mix half the sugar, the starch and a pinch of salt. Start whisking with a whisk and slowly add İçim Milk and İçim Şef Krema at the same time. Take the inside of the vanilla pod and add it to the pot. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Lightly beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar. Slowly and continuously whisk the cooked cream-milk mixture into the egg. Combine the egg mixture and milk mixture and continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Strain through a sieve and place your ice cream mixture in a bowl filled with ice water and leave to cool for 1 hour. Transfer the mixture into the freezer compartment of your electric ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions
