Roast Beetroot Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

1/2 kg of beets
100 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
A pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash and dry the beets thoroughly. Mix it with olive oil, salt and black pepper in a deep bowl

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the beets on the tray. Cover the tray with wax paper again. Bake with this wax paper for the first half hour. Remove the paper and roast it in the oven at 180 degrees, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

Peel the cooled beets and cut them into one centimeter slices. Put pieces of İçim Fresh Cheese between the slices.

Serve garnished with fresh thyme.
