Sausage and Pea Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

150 g sausage
100 g peas
4 pieces of chicken
2 onions, cut into rings
2 cloves of garlic
60 ml İçim Chef Cream
2-3 sprigs of rosemary, bay leaves and fresh thyme
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, black pepper

Preparation

Take the peas in a large saucepan. Add a clove of garlic, a sprig of fresh thyme and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and wait for them to boil. When the peas start to cook, remove them from the water and drain them.
In a large saucepan that is not too deep, place a sprig of rosemary, a sprig of thyme, a sprig of bay leaf and a clove of garlic with the peel. Place the chicken meat and onions on top. Drizzle with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and put on the stove. Cook with the lid on until the chicken begins to brown, about 20 minutes. Turn them on their other side. Add the peas. Cover again and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring intermittently. İçim Chef Add the cream and mix well.

Remove the herbs from the pot and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
