1 kg of sea bass fillet
50g basmati rice, boiled
50 ml of water
40 gr İçim Butter
1 dry onion
1 lemon
2 colored peppers
Salt and pepper
1 sprig spring onion, chopped
Season the sea bass fillet with salt, pepper, season. Spread a baking paper large enough to cover the fish on the baking tray.
Place the onions cut into rings on the paper. Spread the boiled rice and chopped colored peppers. Place the fish on top. Drizzle the melted İçim Butter and the juice of 1 lemon over the fish. Season with salt and pepper again. Wrap the top of the fish airtight with wax paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. When the paper starts to brown, remove it from the oven. Serve immediately.
