7 tablespoons semolina
1 packet of vanillin
1 liter of İçim Milk
14 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (Garnish)
50 g walnuts, chopped (Garnish)
Semolina dessert with milk is the easiest and lightest of all semolina desserts. For this reason, it is an ideal dessert to prefer especially in summer.
1.Put the semolina and vanillin in a saucepan.
2. Add İçim Milk and sugar on it and mix well with the help of a wire whisk.
3.Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring until it reaches the consistency of custard.
4.Spread your semolina dessert on a soaked glass tray and let it cool at room temperature.
5.Then put it in the refrigerator and leave it overnight.
6.Serve your dessert in portions sprinkled with cinnamon and walnuts. Enjoy your meal.
