Ingredients for lemon tzatziki
150 g cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped small
200 gr İçim Yogurt
1 large clove of garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped mint
Ingredients for potatoes
150g small fresh potatoes
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons roughly chopped parsley
2 teaspoons İçim Butter
2 teaspoons small size capers
80g thinly sliced smoked salmon
1 pinch of dill
6 glasses of 100 ml size
Mix all the ingredients for lemon tzatziki in a bowl. Season with spices and set aside.
Boil the potatoes in boiling salted water or steam for 10 minutes until they soften. This time may vary depending on the size of the potatoes. Mix garlic, lemon juice and parsley in melted İçim Butter.
Dry the potatoes and when they are cool to the touch, mash them and shape them into round thick slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until it is crispy. Place the potatoes on the plate. Pour the lemon tzatziki into which you added the capers.
Carefully place the smoked salmon on top. Serve warm by garnishing with dill.
