500 g zucchini
60 gr Butter.
50 g İçim Kashar Cheese, grated
1 hot red pepper, insides removed and finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
50 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
Grate the zucchini and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle them with salt and leave for 1 hour. Squeeze the juice from the zucchini as much as possible and pour it out of the container. In a bowl, add the zucchini and all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and roll with your hands to get 20 balls. Press lightly in your hand.
Fry the zucchini balls in the heated oil, about 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Drain the oil, put them on a paper towel and let them rest for a short time. Serve with bread.
