2 kg potatoes, boiled, peeled
200 g spinach
100 g chicken meat, breast, chopped small
150 g flour
25 gr Butter.
10g roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
5 tbsp beef broth
1 pinch of grated nutmeg
Peel the potatoes that you boiled with their skins. Mash it while it is hot and let it cool on the counter. For the spinach Fry the butter well in a melted pan. Set them aside and let them cool. Pass the egg through the food processor together with 150 g flour, a pinch of salt and grated nutmeg. Mix the mixture with the mashed potatoes and knead.
From the dough obtained, make rolls with the thickness of fingers. Cut 2 cm pieces. Press these pieces with the tip of a fork and roll them into a gnocchi shape. Spread the gnocchi on the floured counter as you prepare.
When boiling the gnocchi, make sure they don’t touch each other in the pot. Boil for one serving at a time.
