Strawberry Pavlova Recipe

Ingredients

240 gr İçim Chef Cream
200 g powdered sugar
4 egg whites
20 g corn flour
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
100 g strawberries
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Beat the egg whites together with a pinch of salt in the mixer. When it starts to foam, add the powdered sugar little by little. Continue beating until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the cornmeal and mix well until thickened. Add apple cider vinegar and whisk a little more to get meringue. Spread the merengi in the form of a circular hill on wax paper. Create a large hollow in the middle. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. During cooking, turn the heat to 130 degrees. Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Let it rest in the oven. Cook 150 gr İçim Chef Cream in a saucepan by stirring. Slice the strawberries and stir them in. Place it in the groove in the center of the meringue. Let cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours. İçim Chef Whip the rest of the cream and place it on top of the meringue. Garnish by stacking strawberry slices on top of each other or leaving the strawberries whole.
