Sweet Lemon Cream Recipe

Ingredients

125 g powdered sugar
125 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
150 ml İçim Chief Cream
1/2 teaspoon

Preparation

Mix the eggs, powdered sugar, salt and lemon juice with a wire whisk for 3-4 minutes. Add İçim Şef Cream while continuing to stir. Condense the mixture in a bain-marie for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. When the cream thickens, remove the mixture from the hot water. Let it rest for a few minutes. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. You can use it in cakes and muffins or on cookies.
