Tahini Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

250 g dried beans
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
juice of ½ lemon
50 ml tahini
1 pinch of parsley
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Soak the beans in cold water 1 night before. The next day, drain the water and boil it.

Chop the onion and mix it with beans and peppers.

Prepare sauce with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper and mix the beans with the sauce.

Decorate with parsley and serve.
