250 g leek, chopped into thin strips
60 g celery, chopped into thin strips
100 g zucchini, chopped into thin strips
100 g eggplant, thinly sliced
50g carrots, thinly sliced
20 gr Butter.
4 leaves of white cabbage
In a large frying pan, heat the İçim Butter. Turn the vegetables over high heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and black pepper and cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat.
Boil the cabbage leaves in water for 2 minutes, drain and spread on the cutting board. Cut the leaves in half lengthwise and place cooked vegetables on each one. Wrap it in a roll shape.
Place the rolls on the steaming tray placed over a pot of boiling water. When the water starts to boil, steam the rolls for 2 minutes.
