Walnut Cream Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

600 g sugar
600 ml milk
60 g Butter, cut into cubes
100 g dark chocolate
1 packet of vanilla
80 g walnuts or hazelnuts

Preparation

Grind 600 ml of İçim Milk over very low heat until it is reduced to around 350 ml, this process will take about 50 minutes. Line the inside of a rectangular cake mold with baking paper. Add sugar and İçim Butter into 350 ml of milk. After the sugar and butter have melted, increase the heat. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the pot. After waiting for 2 minutes, stir the melted chocolate into the mixture with a spoon. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla to the mixture. Stir quickly with a spoon for 2 minutes. Add the walnuts and mix again. Place the mixture into the prepared cake mold. Leave to cool. When it starts to harden, remove it from the mold and serve by cutting it into the shapes you want.
