Whipped Cream and Labneh Semolina Dessert Recipe


( for 2 people )

1 pack of small İçim Labneh
1 and a half cups semolina
1 liter of milk
1 cup granulated sugar
2 packets of plain whipped cream
1 and a half water glass + 2 tea glasses of milk for whipped cream and labneh
Coconut or walnut for the top

For Chocolate Sauce

3 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons flour
1.5 cups of milk
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 bananas


For semolina dessert with whipped cream and labneh, put milk, semolina and granulated sugar in a pot. Mix the ingredients and cook over medium heat until it thickens. Wet the bottom of the rectangular borg glass tray and pour the cooked custard into the tray and spread it evenly all over. Slice the banana into thick enough slices and place them on the custard. Put the custard in the refrigerator and cool it. Put 2 sachets of whipped cream and 1 packet of small labneh into a deep bowl, add milk and whisk until it thickens. Pour the prepared whipped cream over the cooled custard in the refrigerator and spread it evenly all over with a spoon.

For the chocolate sauce, put the cocoa, flour, milk and granulated sugar into a small saucepan, stir constantly and cook until it thickens. Remove the cooked chocolate sauce from the stove and let it cool down. Stir occasionally to prevent the crust from forming.

Remove the cooled dessert from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate sauce all over it. Garnish again with coconut or walnut kernels. Semolina dessert with whipped cream is sliced as desired and served. Enjoy your meal.
