Whole Bread Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

1 whole wheat bread
50g pepperoni, thinly sliced
100 gr İçim Kashar
4 slices İçim White Cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced into rounds
1 cucumber, sliced into rounds
A few sprigs of arugula, finely chopped
A few leaves of lettuce
Mustard, medium bitterness
Olive Oil

Preparation

Cut the bread in half horizontally and empty the inside. Drizzle olive oil on the bottom and make a bed with lettuce leaves. Place finely chopped arugula on top. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the other side. Arrange İçim Chechil Cheese, pepperoni, tomato, İçim Kashar Cheese, round sliced cucumber, and arugula on the arugula part, and cover the other half of the bread with the lettuce. Divide into four pieces and serve.
