Yoghurt Stuffed Leaves Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

150 g vine leaves
240 g bulgur
120 ml water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

For the yogurt sauce
1 kg İçim Yoghurt
500 ml of water
Salt
1 tbsp flour
1 egg
4 large onions
250 gr Butter

Preparation

Boil bulgur with water and salt. Drain and set aside. After adding black pepper, mix. Soak the vine leaves in the same water for half an hour.

After draining the leaves, fill them with bulgur and wrap them. Place in a large saucepan and cover the pot with water. Cook the wraps for half an hour, draining the water.

Whisk the yoghurt, add the egg yolks, flour and salt and continue whisking. Remove to a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat. Put the cooked wraps on a plate and serve with yogurt sauce on top.
