Anchovy Rice Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

3 kg anchovies
4 cups white rice
4 glasses of water
140 g corn flour
300 gr İçim Butter
1 bunch of dill
6 onions
1 spoon of stuffed grapes
1 spoon of peanuts
1 spoon of salt
Black pepper, mint, allspice, cinnamon

Preparation

Chop the onions into small pieces. Fry with 150 gr İçim Butter and salt. Add peanuts and rice and continue frying while stirring. Add raisins and spices. Add boiling water. Cook the rice over high heat and let it brew. Add the finely chopped dill.

Grease the inside of a bowl suitable for cooking pilaf thoroughly with İçim Butter. Coat the parts of the previously cleaned and drained anchovies that will be under the plate with corn flour and place them side by side in your bowl.

After it is cooked, put some rested rice on it, this time coat the anchovies with corn flour on the sides that will be left out. Place preheated to 200 degrees. Drop some İçim Butter on top.

Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until the anchovies are golden brown and serve hot.
