Apple Schmarren Recipe

Ingredients

4 apples
250 g chocolate
1 cup İçim Chef Cream
6 egg yolks
4 eggs
Flour
Drink Milk
60 gr Butter.
Sugar
Vanillin
Salt

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and yolks together with 1 spoonful of flour, 4 spoons of İçim Milk, 1 spoonful of sugar, a pinch of vanillin. Put the mixture in the pan where you put a spoonful of İçim Butter. Stir gently for about a minute, then cook for 2 minutes on each side, like an omelet. Remove the omelet from the pan, let it warm. Cut it into cubes and put it back in the pan and add 6 spoons of sugar in 60 g of foamed İçim Butter, one by one, and turn for 3 minutes. Cut the apples into slices without removing the skin and core. Roll the slices in sugar and bake in the oven at 250C for 5-6 minutes, until the edges are caramelized. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with 150 ml of water and a pinch of salt.

When it cools, add it to İçim Chef Cream, which you whipped like snow beforehand. Serve the Schmarren with sliced apples and mousse. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
