İçim Ayran Donut

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

3 cups flour
125 g margarine
1 egg
1 cup İçim Ayran
200 gr İçim Cottage Feta Cheese
100 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt

Preparation

Melt the margarine in the pan, mix the egg yolks, a glass of İçim Ayran and melted margarine in a bowl. Add the baking powder, flour and salt and knead until you get a soft dough. Crumble the İçim Cottage White Cheese, press it towards the middle of the dough you have formed into a ball, and turn it into a ball again so that the cheese remains inside. Sprinkle the grated İçim Kashar Cheese on the buns and brush with egg yolk.

Place the buns on baking dishes and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Eat it hot, with pleasure.
