SPINACH CAKE WITH LABNEH

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

1 water glass of İçim Milk
3 eggs
1 cup sunflower oil
2 cups and 1/4 cup flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 cup spinach leaves, finely chopped
1 flick of salt

For the top
200 gr İçim Labneh

Preparation

Whisk the eggs, 1 cup of sunflower oil and milk well in a bowl. Sieve the flour and add it to the mixture little by little. After adding the flour, add 1 packet of baking powder and 1 flick of salt and mix again. Finally, blend 1 cup of finely chopped spinach with the whole mixture.
Put all the ingredients in a mold that you grease and sprinkle with a little flour, and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees until golden brown. Decorate your cake with İçim Labneh.
