Apple Steak Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

500 g beef steak
50 ml balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 apples, cut in half
65 gr Icim Fresh Cheese

Preparation

Mix two tablespoons of vinegar, lime juice, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the sauce and keep it aside.

Coat the beef steak with the sauce and place it in a resealable bag to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Apply balsamic vinegar on the quinces.

Cook the beef steak on the preheated grill for no more than 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and let rest. Place the apples on the grill, cut side down. Cook until softened and lightly browned. Turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.

Slice the apple halves into four separate pieces. Cut the cooked beef steak into thin strips and place it on a serving plate with apple slices.

Pour the sauce you prepared on top.
