4 artichoke hearts, thinly sliced
1 onion, grated
300 g penne pasta
30 gr İçim Butter
15 gr İçim Kashar Cheese
A pinch of parsley
1 teaspoon salt
Put half of the Icim Butter in a pan and heat it. Add the onions and artichoke hearts. Cook on high heat for 4 minutes, then add the salt. Meanwhile, boil the pasta as recommended on the package.
Finely chop together with a pinch of parsley. After boiling the pasta so that it remains slightly fresh, drain it. Turn it over for a few minutes with the artichokes in the pan.
Place the pasta on a plate and sprinkle with a mixture of minced ham and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with finely grated İçim Kashar Cheese.
