Baked Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

2 white cauliflowers
4 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 small lemon
50 gr İçim Semi-Fat Yoghurt
Salt
Black Pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Break the cauliflower into large pieces, do not separate the stems and leaves. Drop it into boiling salted water and cook for 1 minute, then remove it from the water using a perforated strainer spoon. Leave them to dry on paper towels.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in the baking tray placed on the stove. Cook the dried cauliflower pieces with the garlic for about 1 hour until they change color.

Season with salt and pepper and place the tray in the oven. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes.

Pour the juice of 1 squeezed lemon over them. Serve the cauliflower on plates with İçim Semi-Fat Yoghurt. Enjoy your meal.

Serving Suggestion: If you wish, you can grate İçim Kashar Cheese on top of the cauliflower before putting it in the oven.
