1 kg carrots, grated
40 g granulated sugar
40 gr İçim Butter
5 g vanillin
200 gr biscuits
100 g pistachios, shelled
50 g coconut
1.Melt İçim Butter in a non-stick pan and add the carrots.
2.Cook until the carrots are soft.
3.Two minutes before removing from the stove, add sugar, add vanillin and stir continuously.
4.Remove from the stove and leave to cool.
5.Crush the biscuits and pistachios in a rondo.
6.When the carrot mixture cools down a little, add the biscuit and hazelnut mixture and mix well.
7.Pick small pieces of the mixture, roll them into balls and then roll them in coconut.
8.Serve warm or cold. Enjoy your meal.
