300 g brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
6 onions, small size and finely chopped
250 ml İçim Chef Cream
½ teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce
100 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
4×13 cm baking dish
Boil the brussels sprouts in boiling water for about 4 minutes. Drain the water thoroughly and keep it aside.
Set the oven to 200 degrees. Heat 1 tablespoon of İçim Butter in a large pan and sauté the onions until they soften without losing color. Place the onions in a bowl.
Add İçim Chef Cream to the same pan and let it soak for a few minutes. Remove from the stove and add the bacon and onions to the bowl. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and add them to the pan with Tabasco sauce. After mixing well, divide the mixture into four casserole dishes.
Sprinkle grated cheese and freshly ground black pepper on them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
