(For 6 People)
300 g onion, peeled and chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tablespoons honey
500 g Brussels sprouts
75 g boiled chestnuts
½ tablespoon İçim Butter
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Mix the shallots and garlic with half the honey. Add butter in a sauce bowl and mix intermittently for 5 minutes.
Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Mix the Brussels sprouts with the remaining honey. Add it to the onions and mix both thoroughly in the baking bowl. Cook for another 15 minutes.
If they start to brown before softening, wrap them in wax paper.
After cooking, crumble boiled chestnuts on top and serve.
