Buckwheat Village Soup Recipe with İçim Uf Feta Cheese

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
1 cup buckwheat (boiled)
1 egg yolk
2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp flour
2 cups of water
2 tsp dried mint
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili pepper

Preparation

A tablespoon of flour and butter lightly brown. Then add chicken broth and water to it. After it starts to boil, add 1 cup of boiled buckwheat. Stir in dried mint, chili flakes and salt.

After making sure that the wheat is well cooked, mix 1 egg yolk with 250 g of grated cottage feta cheese, add it to the soup and remove it from the heat immediately.
