Bulgur Pilaf with Chicken Meat Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

300g chicken breast, boiled and sliced
250 g bulgur
375 ml cup broth
1 cup sausage, boiled
1 large onion, finely chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sweet pepper paste
2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
15 gr Butter.
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Melt and heat the İçim Butter in a deep pot. Add onion and garlic and fry until they turn slightly pink. Add pepper paste and continue roasting. After washing the bulgur thoroughly, add it to the pot and mix.

Add cumin, salt and broth and mix, then close the lid of the pot and let it cook over low heat. When the water is almost absorbed, add the chickpeas, sausage and tomatoes. Mix very gently.

After the water is absorbed, remove it from the stove and place a paper towel between the lid and the pot and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.

Serve immediately.
